= Very Simple Cross-Platform Library (VSCPL) =

VSCPL is a (very) simple library for cross-platform (POSIX, Win32) programming. Since it was created for and used only by [wiki:XPLRA], its functionality is very limited at this point.

 It can be compiled on Linux for both 32-bit and 64-bit Linux and Win32. The Win32 versions are compiled with the MingW32 version of GCC.
