Very Simple Cross-Platform Library (VSCPL)

VSCPL is a (very) simple library for cross-platform (POSIX, Win32) programming. Since it was created for and used only by XPLRA, its functionality is very limited at this point.

It can be compiled on Linux for both 32-bit and 64-bit Linux and Win32. The Win32 versions are compiled with the MingW32 version of GCC.
